Presided over a panel discussion at the recently concluded FICCI and ELCOT sponsored two days e- Governance conference at Hotel Meridien .Governance 2.0 as it is now called brings a sea change in the way citizens can connect to the Government. I am myself taking interest now in building this competency in my organization. Government of Tamil Nadu is the foremost state in the country in implementing e Governance , another good reason for me to explain why I decided to settle in Tamil Nadu when I don’t even understand the local language.I have seen technology adoption is the highest in this state at all levels not just in healthcare alone.
